Axipto was the result of a merger of three highly specialized subcontractors in the same region in southern Sweden. Owned by the same conglomerate and supporting the same clients within the Swedish vehicle industry with different products, there were substantial synergies to be won. New name and visual identity was produced, as well as folders, campaigns etc. The big challenge was to ensure the employees there wouldn’t be any lay offs, but actually a stronger local employer. A lot of effort was brought into internal communication with a brand book being sent home to every single employee to enable their families to be part of this visionary journey.
