Kalmar Lantmän is the only independent farmers’ agency left in Sweden after all other locals organisations merged into one big company. This is cause for great pride but also a less clear brand proposition as many own ideas flourish internally as to what the brand should be and how it should be presented. After about 100 personal interviews with stake holders of all kinds a brand platform was outlined and a series of workshops held to cement the values and vision of the company. Every single coworker participated and this clear display of commitment from management made it easier for the staff to come together under a set of shared values.
